Kroger Marketplace

I love this store the customer service lady is great and always very helpful, and friendly and the store and restrooms are always clean. The only thing they need to do is rotate there stock better ,have found some outdated products..and THEY NEED TO GET MORE AMIGOS ANd KEPT THEM CHARGED.. EVERY TIME WE COME HERE MY HUSBAND HAS TO GO HUNT ONE DOWN OUTSIDE FOR ME.

TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!! First of all Tyler is awesome and deserves to be recognized. He just has the kindest soul and made my day so much better. It made me so sad to see how the other employees talk to him. I was at the customer service counter doing something and while he was walking another employee stopped him bossing him around telling him what he needs to be doing while he was already doing something. He kindly said he was doing something at the moment and the guy got so mad and stormed away. Then a lady at the service counter goes “Tyler shouldn’t you be doing something” in the rudest tone. He only stopped because another employee stopped him from his job. He kept apologizing to her and she completely ignored him until he walked away. Everyone in line was disgusted. It’s clear the employees think they can talk to him any way they want and boss him around because he has disabilities and that’s seriously disgusting. Do better!

So I went in a few min after close because I had lost a personal item and wanted to check the b lost c and found. I explained that to the young man at the door and he let me in and told me he was going to lock the door and would meet me at the desk to help me look for it. As I’m telling him what I had lost a much older, very heavy set lady screamed “WERE CLOSED”. I almost laughed at her just because she was so outrageously rude. I said I am not talking to you, ignoring her. She screamed it again “WERE CLOSED”. The young man said my card was not there. So I asked her her name “Michelle”. I said hope you have a better day you must hate working here at your age. She replied well at least I don’t have an EBT CARD. Just wow. She should be demoted to cart collector. She could use the exercise.

I spend a lot of money at this Kroger weekly and the prices just don’t stop getting higher. Yea, inflation is a thing. But, Kroger top execs made record profits this year. Before taxes, The ceo makes in a day what 2 employees make in a year. I always hear chatter from employees on how things aren’t fair and it really bothered me when the cashier who has worked there for what seems forever told me they didn’t get a raise this year. Kudos to all the staff at the store who create a great environment. Shame on the top execs who continue to profit during “inflation”.

the customer service at this location sucks. I showed up one day after work around 9pm to return something and woman behind the customer service desk said she was closed… weird because she was standing there and the store is open until 11pm. I picked up cracked eggs on curbside and she told me i could even exchange those but i couldn’t return my other item. The curbside pickup person told me i could bring my coupon to apply it inside at a later date yet, the customer service women looked at me like i was crazy and she couldn’t do that… Just going off of what i was told by another employee! Get your facts straight to be consistent. Update 01/03/22: this store still sucks. Rushed over here after work to make it before the meat and seafood counter closed and it was fully cleared out by 6:45? Ok Update 05/09/23: customer service still sucks. There’s never anyone there. Update 01/02/24: purchased 2 items on flashfoods, and for whatever reason they didn’t have them? Stated they were supposed to receive 10 but only got 8. Receive? It’s in the same store. Seems like there’s a lack of communication within the employees.

I wanted to write this review to say that Sara in guest services and Danny that was in the produce sectionhelped me and did a wonderful job today with my situation. Thank you Saranyou are a great and very personable person. Thanks again Danny, you helped my wife and me get what we were looking for when the shelves were cleared out. Thank you so much to both of you guys you make this Marketplace Kroger a supermarket we love to shop at even more now.😊
